The warranty does not apply where the product has been used in any way other than what it was designed for. The warranty does not apply where the product has been damaged due to an accident or neglect, misuse, or operation outside of the products specifications. Normal wear and tear and natural variations in the product are not considered defects or damage in the product. If requested the product must be made available for inspection by and authorized AOF representative to carry out an evaluation of product. Where a warranty claim has been accepted AOF will replace defective part/s, repair defective part/s, or completely replace the product (free of charge) at their discretion.
