Warranty Terms and Conditions:

All products come with a warranty against defect with the length of warranty specified on each product on our website or in our catalogues and are subject to our terms of trade.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully read and understand the warranty conditions and Terms of Trade as set out here and on our ‘terms of trade’ page, please click the link to view the terms.

The warranty covers any faults and workmanship with the product. 

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It is valid from the original date of purchase for the specified term of the warranty.

Warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and made in writing to Amazing Office Furniture (AOF), along with the complete details of the product defect including and requested photographs and/or documentation.

The warranty does not apply where the product has been used in any way other than what it was designed for.

The warranty does not apply where the product has been damaged due to an accident or neglect, misuse, or operation outside of the products specifications. Normal wear and tear and natural variations in the product are not considered defects or damage in the product.

If requested the product must be made available for inspection by and authorized AOF representative to carry out an evaluation of product.

Where a warranty claim has been accepted AOF will replace defective part/s, repair defective part/s, or completely replace the product (free of charge) at their discretion. All AOF services and replacement parts used to service the accepted warranty claim is also free of charge to the customer.
