Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
All orders placed before 5:00pm AEST Mon-Fri; and 2:00pm on Saturday are processed the same day. Orders placed on public holidays and Sundays will be processed the first following business day.
Orders are normally dispatched and delivered within 2-10 business days pending stock availability and your shipping location. We will notify you before dispatch to provide a shipping time estimate for orders that may exceed the 10 business days timeframe.
You have the option to choose to continue with the order under the new timeframe or choose the option for a full refund prior to dispatch if you find the extended timeframe is not suitable. A representative from Amazing Office Furniture will contact you to discuss available options.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Items cannot be returned if they have been used, unless prior written approval has been given by the Seller.
